i had my first round of mini session last week and what fun were they. most of these little ones i first met at their newborn sessions, so amazing to see them again a few years later!!

It is time again for my monthly project called self portrait 12 times. If you missed it the previous months the general idea is to take a self portrait capturing our relationships with our children, significant other, family, pet, best friend, or ourselves. This time I got a sweet little assistant (my 5yo daughter) to help me with this shot, I did the settings and then handed it to her. I think she did a really good job holding my big camera and using the back button to focus. So here is my 20 week baby belly…

summer is pretty well over and my blog has been very quiet. i took a lot of time off this summer due to traveling, visitors and preparing for our official first year of homeschooling. so this morning i thought i would do a large share from a recent mommy + me session. four kids and so many different personalities!
Gorgeous session Robyn!!! Beautiful family! This is Emily and her family. I “met” Emily on Twitter awhile back, and when she found out I was going to be in Kelowna this summer shooting a wedding she contact me about a family session. Now her and her family actually live in the lower mainland in BC, she worked her summer holiday’s around me being in Kelowna. What an honour!! It was such a great morning and they were such a fun family to photograph. Here is a quick sneak until I am back from my holiday’s.
