oh there is just something about a baby… this little girl arrived 3 weeks early, and i got to meet her on her 4th day. she was so little and new it was so wonderful and i instantly clicked with her parents who are equally as wonderful. not to give anything away but she is also the first baby in my year long project in which i following a family with a new baby. so i will be sharing more from this session once the first part of the project is completed.

Aww! fabulous pictures.. It is truly an honor to be invited to photograph a family. You know what I mean.. :) this little girl was born the day the same day we had schedule her mother’s maternity session. but if there is one thing i have learned from being a mom for the last four years is that nothing usually goes as planned! here is a quick sneak peek of baby S for her parents, i am sure they are anxious to see a few images!

Just beautiful Robyn! That first image is spectacular! Love that blanket. Adorable!!! this is the second time I have had the pleasure of photographing this family, but then they were only two. this sweet boy was still in his momma tummy.
oh my, i want to shoot there, gorgeous! love these two images, such a happy looking family :) xo! i love urban sessions! there is one neighbourhood in particular that is awesome for this types of sessions. it has the brick walls, funky buildings, great textures, interesting alley ways, beautiful graffiti and a big white barn. and it is all right on the edge of the downtown. i really love using urban locations for winter portraits, it provides great colours and fun backgrounds to an otherwise white and drab backdrop.
